Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells were incubated with osteogenic differentiation medium. RNA and DNA were extracted on days 0, 7, 14 and 21 days of differentiation period. The expression and promoter methylation of DLX3, ATF4, and FRA1 genes were analyzed by real-time polymerase chain reaction and methylation-specific quantitative PCR, respectively

PCL-PANI-GEL fibers showed to be capable candidates for cell attachment and growth. Furthermore, they proved to be of excellent use in bone tissue differentiation.
