Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells were incubated with osteogenic differentiation medium. RNA and DNA were extracted on days 0, 7, 14 and 21 days of differentiation period. The MD simulation and spectroscopic studies of the interaction of ct-DNA and propyl acridone revealed that a transition from the extended nucleic double helix towards the denatured structure.
