Carboxymethylcellulose/MOF-5/Graphene
oxide bio-nanocomposite was synthesized through a solvothermal technique,
which it could encapsulate tetracycline. The drug release tests showed
the stability of drug dosing in the gastrointestinal tract conditions. Antibacterial
tests exhibited suitable activity to negatively charge E. coli bacteria.

The current study introduces a new and efficient recombinant L-asparaginase (ASPase) enzyme from locally isolated halo-thermotolerant Bacillus. The activity assay of ASPase A1 and ASPase A3 showed that only ASPase A1 is an active and stable homologues enzyme with high substrate affinity toward L-asparagine.

Using
immunoinformatic tools, a multi-epitope peptide vaccine (consisting of CD8+cytotoxic T lymphocytes epitopes, helper epitopes and
adjuvant) was designed to combat the triple-negative breast cancer. The vaccine
showed acceptable immunogenicity and potential to stimulate both cellular and
humoral immune responses.
