The purification process for stromal vascular fraction (SVF) can be performed using additional short plastic adherence incubation step (16-20h). This process leads in 24h to a predictable GMP-compliant cell-product. This product is more homogenous than the SVF.

Krabbe disease (KD) is an autosomal recessive lysosomal disorder that imposes defective myelination in the peripheral and central nervous systems. Twitcher combining bone marrow transplantation with AAVrh10-mGALC can have a great extension of life in the murine model of KD.

Three-year follow-up of patients, treated for diabetic foot ulcers with mesenchymal stromal cells that revealed absence of ulcer recurrence, neoplasms, and scar contracture. Collagen ultrasound density decreased by 57% and the epidermal thickness increased by 72% in the area of healed ulcers.
