Aptamers (Aps) are short single-strand nucleic acids, which can be used as the therapeutic and targeting agent in advanced drug delivery systems. Conjugation of Aps with other entities (siRNA, toxins, drugs, DNAzyme/Ribozymes) provides advanced multifunctional nanosystems for cancer therapy.

The purification process for stromal vascular fraction (SVF) can be performed using additional short plastic adherence incubation step (16-20h). This process leads in 24h to a predictable GMP-compliant cell-product. This product is more homogenous than the SVF.

Co-delivery of NE-DTX+TQ may probably inhibit the proliferation of T47D via the induction of apoptosis and autophagy pathways and impede the migration by reducing the BCSC population and downregulating TWIST-1 expression to decrease the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) of breast cancer cells

In COVID-19 infection, the various functions of immune cells lead to defense or failure against the virus. Cell therapy is of great importance as a new treatment for COVID-19 infection. Therefore, in this review, we have dealt with the function of immune cells against the SARS-Cov-2 virus and new treatment methods for this disease with the help of different cell types
